There was a small factory defect, and they were AWESOME with their customer service. I was impressed with the product even with the defect and would have given a great rating, but the response was quick and more than I would have expected. They are by far the best seller I have ever purchased from on Amazon. You should rest assured if you purchase from Selimon, you are purchasing from an absolute best seller on Amazon!!!

A great RV cover

Let me start off by saying I have purchased at least 30 RV covers over the years. All of them lasted at best two years some only one season most of them were that terrible paper light product that tears even when you’re installing it no matter how many precautions, poodles or other tricks Used…. I stopped in the middle of installing this cover because I was so impressed and I had to leave a review so other people even though it’s late in the season will purchase this product instead of wasting our money on every other brand. The material is lightweight and 10 times stronger than the alternative covers offered here on Amazon or camper world or anywhere else for that matter .. The stitching, Straps and securing points are top-notch. Again, this is the best RV cover I’ve ever seen or used .. only slightly more expensive than the throwaway ones. I am absolutely sure this cover will last many years even in the harsh northern Utah winters. Let me say great job guys whoever came up with this cover, and can I buy stock in your company !! ha ha

fantastic quality

Fit our 2022 37 foot Jayco 5th wheel very well. Tried another brand first and it was short on the front end sides by 2 feet. Returned it and got this one. It fit perfectly. It has many straps to keep secure on windy days. I'm very happy with it.The bad thing was the cover was missing 7 of the male sides of the straps. I bought thru Amazon and the Amazon website said I cannot get missing parts thru them. I would have to repack the whole thing and they could send me another one. I didn't want to go through that hassle so I tried contacting Solimon thru the email address I got inside the package. They were very helpful and I got the parts within 2 weeks at no charge or shipping cost. I was very happy with the customer service!
